Outside we have a pretty patio area with tables and chairs for our
guest to relax in, as well as the Garden. If the weather is good, we
may well have got the Croquet set up, although this is not for use by
children, as it is an original set from the last century!!
In the village are lots of little shops, tea-rooms, three pubs, a cycle
hire shop and riding Stables, as well as a golf course, and of course
miles and miles of Forest!! You can literally walk to the end of the
road and be in amongst the trees! At the weekend you may catch a game
of Cricket on the village green, or have a wagon-ride through the
forest. |
